Koosei Precision Co., Ltd. is a custom precision machining workshop in Chang'an, Dongguan — the heart of China's mold manufacturing industry for over three decades. We are founded and managed by engineers, not salespeople: every drawing is reviewed for manufacturability, dimensional accuracy and process optimization before you receive a quotation.

For more than 10 years we have supplied mold inserts, core pins, punches, jig & fixture parts and FA components to customers in Japan, Germany, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France and Italy — markets with the strictest quality expectations.

How we work with overseas manufacturers

Most of our customers are small and mid-sized mold makers, injection molders, stamping shops and precision machinery builders who outsource part of their machining. They stay with us for three reasons:

• Drawings stay confidential. NDA available on request; files are stored on access-controlled servers and used for quotation and production only.
• One-piece prototypes are welcome. Try us with the part that matters — at the tolerance you actually need.
• Reorders match the first batch. Replacement punches, blades and blocks arrive with the same dimensions — no re-adjustment of your tooling.
